The distress of damage to hidden areas of my bathroom caused by an undetected leak finally revealing it’s effect, left me at the mercy of contractors and the self fear of being taken advantage of.

My fears and distress were managed away by the exceptional communication and consultation throughout the project. Responses to emails, phone calls and texts often within minutes meant I was not left to have my natural stress levels penetrate into something more catastrophic as has been the case on previous projects.

The crew working on the project were always polite, respectful and kept the work area safe, clean with minimal amount of dust. This provided me with comfort and went a long way in building my trust.

Work schedule flowed together in a seamless manner resulting in the finished project being both on time and to the budget.

The attention to detail and quality workmanship was not sacrificed delivering a finish that I love and turning what was a nightmare into a dream.

My only issue is a selfish one in that the first project was so good I didn’t recommend them for fear someone would snap them up before I had a chance to bring forward a renovation project I had been putting off.

Would I use them again, already have. Would I recommend them, definitely now my projects are complete for now but be on notice I have their number on speed dial.

I was looking for a contractor to do a full condo renovation. He was referred from a trusted friend. I also contacted other contractor, to have other estimates. From the start of the estimate to finishing the last finishing touches, Angelo and his staff from Integrity Design and Build Inc, provided, professionalism, dedication, workmanship and integrity in their work. They stick to a schedule, provide a near accurate estimate, and provide updates on the project while the project evolves. I would recommend this contractor and staff in a heartbeat. I will rehire this contractor again for future projects.

Re did the intire store tiles paint fridges cabinetry lighting lighting doors shelving. The store was demoed cleaned out and redone front top to bottom in 10 day

General contracting and overseeing trades and also did work directly. Started with idea generation and recommendation

Interior: installed oversized bedroom window and replacement windows elsewhere, crown molding, window coverings, repaired newly but incorrectly installed HVAC and gas line, and leaking plumbing.

Exterior: replaced aluminum siding with stucco, new roof on house and garage. replaced wood deck with permeable paving stone patio, walkway, driveway and parking pad and solid stone front and rear steps with glass and stainless steel railings. New sod with plants, shrubs and small trees and general landscaping.

trouble shooted the whole house. Very polite, professional, and courteous. Transparent, detailed and fair invoicing.

Mr. Angelo Antolino, principal of Integrity Design & Build Inc. was conscientious and is well connected with tradespeople and expects equally high level of professionalism from them.

Angelo gutted and installed new tub, vanity, and porcelain tile tub surround and floor. As well, pot lights were put in and new fixtures. Job was completed in a timely fashion with attention to detail and neatness. At every step of the project, customer satisfaction was the main concern. All in all, a good job with no issues.

Angelo designed a layout that would alow us to add a shower stall in an upstairs bathroom. The design was great and the excecution even better. He advised us as to potentional functionality issues and all the ideas were correct. Work was completed on time and on budget. Despite a few suprises along the way all targets were met. My husband and i are very pleased with the results and experience.
