Mikhail and crew came over to clean my ducts at my new home in August of 2019. They were professional all the way. Mikhail explained the process every step of the way.

First he did an inspection of what work is involved. He gave me a price which was very competitive. He then went on his way to cleaning the ducts. Whenever he found things that would improve my furnace and air conditioning efficiency, he stopped, called me over and gave me advice.

I loved Mikhail's direct, straight forward honesty and I loved his work. I highly recommend SEMS.

These guys are amazing! Who knew how disgusting your air ducts can get? I didn't until I called them out to clean mine. We bought a house in Richmond Hill and had no idea when the last time this has been done so we called them out. They were very thorough and efficient and did an amazing job. They arrived on time. I had renovations in my house and they put some kind of protection on corners in order to avoid any damage to walls.
I got detailed explanations about each step. I could ask any questions and Michael answered with great patience. On top of his kindness ,he invited to participate in all steps of work to see what he was doing.
He left only good feelings and of course , my house is cleaned now.
