Sem's Duct Cleaning

Micheal arrived on time and explained the whole process. He was very professional, friendly and most importantly, he gave us tons of tips and advises. My other friend who lives in Toronto was looking for duck cleaning company and I of course recommended Sem's Duck Cleaning!

My husband has allergies primarily to our dog. I know but we are animal lovers and nothing to be done about it. We got connected with Sem's duct cleaning they came that same week and cleaned out our entire breathing system!! All our vents and return vents they even spent an hour in the attic and we realized afterward that we had mold growing in the unit and that the spores were the cause for the exacerbation in the allergies and asthma. 3hrs later and our entire house was dust, allergen, and mold free! Thank you!!

I had previously been fooled by a duct cleaning company I found in a home magazine. But SEMs showed me all the work they were doing and the amount of years of dust and debris that came out! They were professional and affordable

Mike was able to schedule us in within 24 hrs, arrived on time and immediately began the walkthrough. He was extremely thorough in explanation in process and answered all questions including the short-cuts other companies do, my existing HVAC set up and recommendations for future improvements - in my case a humidifier would be needed. He showed and explained the equipment that he uses and commenced work. Unlike other trades, he welcomed all questions and even encouraged me to observe the process -which I was unable to at length.
Mike is an extremely knowledgable, personal guy who not only knows his stuff, but is proud of his work. Highly recommended.
