I have been using Angel's Help for bi-weekly house cleaning since January 2024. I would highly recommend this company if you are looking for a professional and reliable cleaning service. Alessandra, the owner, sets high standards for herself and her staff. She came to my house to review my cleaning needs and supplies before setting me up with a dedicated cleaner. Shamara is always on time and has never missed an appointment. My husband and I both work from home and we are fairly untidy so cleaning our house has its challenges. In four hours, Shamara cleans our 3600 sq foot house, plus basement, deep cleaning the bathrooms and dusting, vacuuming and mopping. It's such a privilege to have a clean house that I didn't have to clean! Communication with Alessandra is excellent and she promptly resolved a couple of issues I had at the beginning. This is the first time I have used a cleaning service instead of engaging an individual cleaner directly. Angel's Help gives me a professional and reliable cleaning by someone who knows my house and my expectations. It's the best of both worlds!
