Wow!! We just had our ducts cleaned by Mint Duct cleaning and we could not be happier. Right from the beginning of the booking process, Ray and his team were very extremely professional, accommodating with our schedule and incredibly friendly. When they arrived, they explained the entire process and showed us pictures and videos of the ducts before and after. I can not believe how much dirt we had accumulated over the years! Used Homestars to get a quote for duct cleaning as we had just recently done our basement and havent had our ducts cleaned in years. Ray was quick to respond, upfront about pricing and gave great explanations as to what would be done. We selected Mint based on great (recent!) reviews and having a good sense of the level and detail of service we would be receiving.

The day of, they actually arrive early for their appointment. Ray and his staff were very friendly, polite, and took care to explain each step of what they were doing. They even showed before and after pictures inside the ducts. They would go into each vent and blast with air several times to push debris and dust down, as well as spray the ducts with a natural disinfectant. After each vent was done, they would vacuum the main line, and even snaked it to help loosen anything settled there. I could hear tons of debris in our vents flowing thru their vacuum pipe. Afterwards, they cleaned up after themselves, put everything back in its place and Ray even suggested a number of things to improve on, like how to ensure it stays clean and dust free. All in all, very satisfied and would recommend to anyone.
