I have lots of experience hiring duct cleaners and alot more interacting with them over the phone and I must say. From the first conversation over the phone I felt comfortable. More so, when Ray came and the way he explained, took my husband through the house vent to vent and explained the process. He took pictures and went above what I had ever experienced. The cleaning was superb I would most definitely recommend the company. They make your peace of mind paramount and service excellent. Way to go Ray.

I recently renovated my home and was having issues with dust. We decided to go with Mint Duct cleaning and greatly appreciated the customer service. Service was great because our vents were super clean but I faced an issue with my heating right after the duct cleaning exercise. I am not an expert on what caused it but there was only one thing that changed between the heating system working and not working. So I had to spend to fix my heating which was an additional cost over and above the vent cleaning. I called to check if I could be covered by the Company's insurance but I didn't get a helpful response.

This is the best air duct cleaning company I have ever worked with and following are the reasons why:
1. Company website and their three duct cleaning packages are described perfectly. I selected the Gold Package. Ray, the company owner, took the time on the phone to answer all my questions.
2. The company has very good reviews on google and home stars. This gave me confidence that I was not being cheated.
3. They gave me an appointment and showed up on time.
4. They counted all the vents before the work began. The pricing was as advertised on their website. No last minute haggling or upselling.
5. They showed me before and after pictures of the vents. And they also showed me the video of the dirt being sucked into the vacuum.
6. They encouraged me to be present and inspect their work while cleaning every vent.
7. They left the house clean and were very careful to ensure nothing was damaged in the house.

We recently renovated our house and had called Ray to have our ducts cleaned. He showed us pictures of the inside of our furnace blower before proceeding and then showed us pictures after the service. Ray and Yusuf were both courteous and professional and walked us through what they were doing. Already recommend them to our family and friends!!
