Service was great because our vents were super clean but I faced an issue with my heating right after the duct cleaning exercise. I am not an expert on what caused it but there was only one thing that changed between the heating system working and not working. So I had to spend to fix my heating which was an additional cost over and above the vent cleaning. I called to check if I could be covered by the Company's insurance but I didn't get a helpful response.

Hi, am baffled by your comments. during our service you told us you had an hvac technician over because the heat wasn't working, he fixed it and gave you a quote to fix a leak and the furnace motor. you asked for my opinion i told you i am not gas certified. we showed you everything we were doing during the service. After the service we turned the furnace on it was blowing cold air, same reason you called the hvac technician before. you called and told us your Hvac technician says the motherboard needs to be replaced and he says he thinks the duct cleaning company is responsible. i explained to you we don't ever touch the motherboard and i don't think it's right to have our insurance company pays for something we are not responsible for, the conversation ended. Our conversation left me feeling uncomfortable so i called you twice a minute after, you did not pick up. i left you a message for us to have our trusted hvac guy over, you did not reply. You must understand you had the same issue before we came there, that's why we recommend a hvac we trust. All the best, Ray
