Shack Shine Toronto

I was very happy when I found a place to clean my gutters. We are elderly and cannot climb ladders. The day of the service no one showed up. I called and was told by the supposed "owner" that he was over worked and the only one doing the jobs. There was no follow up or interest in doing this job or rescheduling a firm date at a later time. I found that odd. The leaves are still in my gutter and weighing down the siding that now appears warped. My recommendation to this company is to stop advertising jobs that you cannot perform. Also don't use the happy campainge...be honest.
