Edgar was super responsive and very helpful when I initially put out the request on Homestars. He arrived the next morning, taking every ( Covid-19 precaution. He explained what he was going to do and what the worst case scenario would be. He ran a quick diagnostic, figured out the issue, fixed it and we are happy to announce—the washer is good as new! :) He was so pleasant to work with and knowledgeable that we will definitely recommend him to anyone we know who needs his services!
