Andy and his crew arrived a little early and went straight to work. Moved my patio furniture and flower pots away from the house and put everything back when the job was done. They put large tarps around the house and plywood boards up in front of my main floor windows and patio door. They did the job quicker than I thought, were quiet, well mannered and polite. They replaced wood on the roof over my garage which was causing water to drip down the wall beside my front door when snow was melting or raining. This is fixed now. Andy took pictures while up on the roof to show all that they had done. Ice and water shield, new vents and metal valleys all included. Perfect cleanup afterwards. They went around with a large magnet on a broom stick to pick up wayward nails and used leaf blower in the gutters and all around the property and my neighbors porch to get all the asphalt crumbs. The finished price was exactly as quoted and I would highly recommend this company to everyone.

Andy and Roxy came on time and gave a reasonable estimate. They were quick to reply and helpful in answering all our questions along the way.
The crew did a great job with our new roof and the site was cleaned up when the job was finished. Roxy also took time to fix some minor issues of the house along with the roof replacement.

Roxy and Andy were great. Roxy was very very responsive and I knew exactly what was going on. They confirmed the estimate appointment and showed up on time. Andy went on the roof and inspected. They provided recommendations on shingles. After I hired them we booked the job within 2 weeks. We had rain so they had to work around rain days. The morning of the install they showed up 10 minutes early and were working exactly on time. They had 6 guys and powered through the job. Had to stop at 10 as it was dark. I had a big roof with a bunch of angles so it took a while. Came back the next day sealed everything and finished the caps. Plus the final cleaning. They cleaned a lot the first night. But hit everything again with the magnet to get all the nails. Then finished with the leaf blower for all the gutters and surrounding landscaping.

For the actual materials. The bottom 3 feet was covered with ice and water shield. The entire rest of the roof was covered with the synthetic underlay. And they nailed 6 nails or so per shingle to maintain the 130 mph wind resistance.

I don’t think they could have done anything more.

They came to give a quote and them , answered all my questions, explained to me the type of roofing is on the market, how long it last, prices and so on.
They did a excellent job, on time, cleaned all around the house and more important, there were no hidden fees.

The reason was that the price was unbeatable and from my gut feeling, I trusted Rosxy and Andy after I met them & going through the work plan. They accommodated my difficult schedule. Installation, material and work was exactly as promised and got the job done in a day. They cleaned after themselves pretty well. The crew did not understand English but were a happy crew and Roxy did the translation when I needed to.

Well Trust quoted a fair price with great patient to go through all the details, such as shingles color, nail etc. the intallation was great and professional, great looking after new roof be installed. they are using 1 1/4 nails and with 3 feet ice and water to protect eaves.

I am glad t choose Well trust with great quality installations not some companies which quoted very lower price.

Roxy and Andy came out to our home for an estimate and were very thorough, going over all of our concerns with us. We got 5 different estimates and theirs was the best price, but also we were most comfortable with their guarantees. Roxy emailed quickly any time I sent a message.

They went above and beyond, repairing more than we had even asked for, and didn't charge us extra! Gutters cleaned, not a piece of litter left behind. The response time was very impressive, I emailed Roxy in the evening and they were doing the job the next day.

The job was: repair shingles that had blown off, install two new vents, install a downspout, clean the gutters, and secure some loose gutters.

The work was explained and after the work was done pictures were taken and provided to me.
