Walls are not straight, location not as agreed. I can live with it but kept promising to come back for repairs. Asked him for quote on sealing. He advised that he owes me a sealing and would fill the cracks beside the joints that should have prevented them.... Stopped at my home 3x, kept promising, now ignores all contact

I hired this company to pour new concrete curbs and sidewalks. Job was rushed and poorly done. Muliple major cracks and sinking in spots. They never returned to do final clean-up or responded to my concerns. I've had to hire another contractor to do repairs already and expect more will be needed. Stay away!

Provided wrong color. Charged for deeper tint. Used a shade 5 times lighter and much cheaper for his cost. Work was sloppy. Non symmetrical. Started cracking after a couple weeks. Did not use fibers although he charged for them. Would not return calls and never came back to fix any of the defects. Driveway is laughing stock of Neighborhood. Will have to redo in the summer. Lost 10 k .

Hired to.....
1/ pour and finish exposed aggregate sidewalk,
2/ pour footings for basement staircase walls,
3/ pour and finish exposed aggregate stairs to basement entrance.
Issues...
Sidewalk not centred to front door of house.
Did not use square when forming 2 steps down on an elevation change and steps out of square by 1” on 30” steps. Very noticeable to the naked eye.
Did not square or laser footings to support 7’ high X 16’ long concrete wall. ( out 14” over the 16’ run.) Footings could not be used for wall.
Was to return with his team and fix the issue the following
Day. He never returned, never called and kept full payment.
