I hired K Tran (Kevin) to complete drawings for a renovation project that included adding a legal suite to the house. For this, a development permit and building permits are required. Kevin is very knowledgable in this regard and handled all that is required to get this done. His drawings were well done and impressive. He is very attentive and thorough with his work. He is also a very communicator which made the process fast and simple. In closing, he really cares about his clients and his work and I would highly recommend K Tran. Thanks Kevin!
