Rezide Design

This company should be called RE-Design. Rezide were subcontracted to design a deck for us. The design was used to construct the deck ended up violating safety codes. The landings were deemed not large enough for the height of the deck (or to big to be considered part of a spiral structure). The safety code on this is quite clear. What is not clear is why a design and drafting company does not know the codes. Clearly if you use Rezide, you will need to hire a second company to either review their work, or in our case, to RE-DESIGN the structure. As such, we are left with an unsafe structure and are faced with the cost associated with demolition, re-design and re-build.
