I bought a Bosch dishwasher from a retail store and after a year, the product leaked and ruined my hardwood floors. I contacted Bosch as I was not satisfied with the product and they told me that they were willing to exchange my dishwasher. However I did not want to go through the ordeal of another floor damage as I felt the original product was not up to par, so they offered to exchange it for a better model (800 series w/ Aqua stop). However I did have to pay the difference between the upgrade and the original. The newer model is better and so far had no issues. Thanks Bosch for your customer service.

After my fridge's temperature wasn't staying low, I thought I'd have to get a new one. Fortunately, I called these guys instead. They came the next day and fixed it up within a couple hours. Best part was that they explained in detail what had happened and how I can prevent it in the future. I will use them again.

We had leaking fridge that required replacing base plate and condensation pan under compressor. Parts were not expensive, but repair was complicated and I was trying to find a company that will take this challenge. 3 or 4 of the companies I called didn't even want to quote it. Pro Choice Appliances got it done. I am very pleased with their work.

Our appliance repairman came promptly at the time we were told to expect him. He was very knowledgeable and, once he had a chance to open up our washing machine, knew exactly what had to be done to fix it. It was great service and we’ll definitely use this company again!

Home Stars came to do an diagnosis on my oven. The repairs were beyond the value of the oven but the service tech was friendly and informative. I would definitely recommend to a family member or friend.

Dryer was not working. Service tech said honestly it was most likely the plug itself. He offered up some suggestions and asked that we call him back should we have any further questions. Sure enough it was he plug and now the dryer is working fine.

Flavor came and installed a new dishwasher, fridge, range, rangehood, washer, and dryer in our new home. He was very polite, finished quickly without any issues, and left everything clean. No complaints. Price was reasonable as well.

I had an issue with my refrigerator not working. I called Sunday morning @ 10 o'clock and I had an appointment for the next day from 8 - 10. Jermaine called before he came over to get details of my problem and he arrived by 9:30. He came in and immediately pinpointed the problem, not fussing around and wasting my time. And he was kind enough to stick around for a few extra minutes to make sure all was good. Excellent service all around!!

Installed my dishwasher in my new home in King City. They cleaned up after themselves and were polite throughout the process. They take cash and credit cards.
