APV Reno

We had a finished basement that we wanted to redo with some upgrades (adding a shower to a half bath, adding some walls, drywall ceiling). The whole process was extremely smooth and we went through everything up front. Jose kept me up to date on everything that was happening with the reno. We even threw a few extra things their way and Jose and his team worked around everything.

I am very satisfied with the outcome of our reno - APV was very professional, and clean throughout. Would definitely hire them again if I need something done!

We are super happy with the fantastic bathroom renovations done by Jose! We loved his creative designs and suggestions as well as the professional standard he had for all the work done. Our ensuite bathroom was totally gutted, he enlarged the space by restructuring a small portion of our bedroom wall, replaced a small dingy shower with a spacious well-lit glass door shower, put in a new bathtub, retiled the floor and walls, replaced the one sink vanity with a 2 sink countertop and ample cupboard space, replaced the ceiling light fixture with potlights, installed vanities, and in short created a beautiful space!
The main bathroom looks amazing as well! Again everyting was stripped away and replaced with a lovely shower with a bench and glass doors, cabinetry with a roomy pantry , new flooring, vanities, and light fixtures. All this at an extremely reasonable cost.
We found Jose a pleasure to deal with. Every now and then something didn't go as planned, but he was always positive, and ready to make sure that all turned out well. When the wrong bathtub arrived, Jose made sure it was returned and that we had the kind that we wanted. This was also the case with the ensuite glass shower doors. He was respectful of our home, making sure that all was tidied up at the end of the day.
We will be sure to call Jose with any future renovations, as he has years of experience and is able to do all kinds of renovations.

We have a large house and Jose did and excellent job on various types of work for us: indoor and outdoor repair and painting, parging, replacement of basement windows,and repair and resurfacing of basement walls. He's very verstile and creative. His work was of high quality and very reasonably priced. He was meticulous when it came to cleaning up before he left each day. On the personal front, Jose is a very honest and upfront guy. Respectful, courteous and a very positive person. We thoroughly enjoyed the time he was with us.

I had my kitchen cupboards refaced, new countertop, sink, ceiling with pot lights and a backsplash. It's beautiful. I had my bathtub and valance above the tub removed and a shower installed with a rainfall shower head coming from the ceiling along with a handheld on the side wall.. I love it. I am extremely pleased with the work Jose and his team did. They worked quickly, kept to the schedule, were respectful and Jose kept in contact with me the whole time. I felt very comfortable having Jose and his crew in my home. They tidied up at the end of every day and never left a mess. I highly recommend them.

José was wonderful to work with! He and his crew demoed popcorn walls and ceilings, ripped up carpet and wood paneling, installed vinyl flooring, and redid the stairs going into the basement.
He quickly provided a quote, schedule, and finished the job much earlier than planned. He maintained contact throughout the process, added small additions (like light fixtures) for free, and kept the space clean. I highly recommend him and his crew and will certainly be calling them for future renovations.
