Jose and his wife were clear and efficient at planning, providing a detailed contract and price, did the work professionally, finishing ahead of plan. The painting was done attentively to detail, 3coats on walls. Cleanup was complete. They were so pleasant to work with, I would be happy to engage them again

I'm happy with the renovation. Jose and is team finished my basement and did some electrical in the Kitchen/dining as well as installed a backsplash in the kitchen. There were speed bumps along the way but nothing that couldn't be overcome. It's impossible not to like Jose, he's friendly, straight forward and a very hard worker. The only small negative I'll say is that if you have a time sensitive project (Rental properties etc...) you need to bring that to the forefront. It was not an issue for me but the project did go past the stated time.

New home purchase that required a forth bedroom to be added in order for it to work for our family. Enter APV Reno! Jose and his team did an amazing job of building the bedroom exactly as we wanted, taking the time to walk us through each step of the process and keeping us up to speed on the progress and expected completion date. We had a few additional jobs we wanted to add onto the original work we booked APV for, and despite being super busy, Jose and team found a way to take on these extra jobs and got them done and completed in a timely manner and does with perfection. Upon completion of all the jobs, Jose ensured that we were fully satisfied with everything. When we pointed out one small issue he corrected it, without complaint, and ensure it was to our satisfaction before accepting final payment. We will have some more jobs to do over the next couple of years and will be calling back Jose and team to work on these jobs. Great Bathroom Renovation!

APV Renovation did a steller job remodeling my washroom and basement. From the start of the project to the finish all my requests were completed to the foot of the letter. Everything from type of flooring, colour of paint, type of tile, and even the most modern sink and toilet were installed exactly how I dreamed. Furthermore APV Renovation's work ethics were superb. Jose was always very attentive not to damaged anything and always made sure that everything was cleaned daily and left spotless. In addition to all of this APV Renovation would always be happy to take any new request or tweaks of mine which always left me satisfied with the completed work. In my washroom I wanted to change the washroom fan cover because it was very old and discolored; I also wanted to add a grab bar beside the shower. These new requests that I brought up to Jose were completed and fixed with no problems. Throughout the whole project from the very organized planning methods, to the precise execution of all the tasks, I always felt heard by Jose and left happy with the final project.
