i've been speaking with johanna for a week or so about cleaning my apartment after short-term renters left and before i return from abroad. she was thorough, quick to reply to queries, offered an excellent and appropriately priced service. unfortunately, my plans changed and i had to cancel the booking. johanna was equally as responsive and understanding about refunding the fee. i will use her service definitely after any short-term rentals of my space in the future.
