The RMS team helped us through a very stressful boiler breakdown + replacement. They were always timely in their responses - and flexible to the needs of our family. They helped us through managing a broken-down boiler and the eventual replacement of it. Rob and his team were all courteous and professional in both their work and demeanor. We wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.
