Do not hire Noel unless youve got some extra time and cash to lose. Noel went MIA mid-job for us. When we couldnt get ahold of him and communicated directly with the company he had subcontracted to do our drywall work, he got upset and did not complete the job we had paid him for, so now were out cash and our job was left incomplete. Has not responded to our attempts to solve the issue and even withheld payment to the subcontracted company.

Noel is honest and has integrity.... that is rare these days. I had him over to help with a couple of problems I had .... one with my jacuzzi tub draining and the other with my basement drain. I had several plumbers come over regarding my tub and not one of them came up with the solution Noel did. Use a calcium remover because there was build up in the pipes. Well he was absolutely right and he did not attempt to rip me off like so many other plumbers did. I had quotes from $500 - $1000 to clean the drain pipes. And with the drain in the basement ... he simply got me a new cover and made sure the pipe from the furnace was draining properly. The problem I was having was that the condensation was overflowing and I thought it may be a drain clog. I will never use another plumber other than Noel. Honesty and integrity is important to me and if you want someone who you can trust, look no further. Thank you Noel for your service and solutions ... I've been absolutely a satisfied customer since your last visit. I will call you in the late spring for outdoor faucet replacement as we discussed. I highly recommend Noel and I'm pretty picky with who I recommend.

Noel arrived on time and proceeded to provide options of the different brands and styles of toilets with an cost and time estimate

On completion of the job he left the area clean and removed the old toilet and all packaging from the new toilet

After noticing a leak under my sink, I was able to quickly book Noel using his website to come check my kitchen sink. Before he came, he spent time on the phone trouble shooting the issue and advising me on what I could do, and what kind of tap I should buy, before he came. After he arrived, he quickly diagnosed the primary issue and replaced the tap, then went on to let me know about a few more minor issues that I would want to look at in the future before they became bigger problems. This was huge from a piece of mind perspective. When all was said and done, he was kind enough to give me a front line worker discount on his labour. I will definitely be hiring Hot Rod Plumbing in the future.

Noel was great when I needed to replace my kitchen faucet and garburator. He quickly looked at the configuration and got to work which was done very well in the end. I supplied the parts but missed a cord for the garburator which Noel offered to run out and get for me.

He was also great to talk to during the work and even supplied me with a jar of Honey from one of his philanthropic efforts for a donation to a local charity.

We noticed our kitchen sink wasn't draining and were unable to use our dishwasher as a result. I reached out to Hot Rod Plumbing for a quote on services and Noel contacted me within 10 min and was able to stop by and complete the work that morning.

Noel showed extreme care in regard to COVID-19 protocol and was very professional. Not only was he knowledgeable and completed the work quickly, but he spent the time explaining to us how this situation arose and how we can avoid it in the future. In addition, his prices were extremely fair.

Noel was great to work with. Found the problem, explained it, and repaired it quickly. Went the extra step and checked over the rest of the plumbing works under the sink. Very reasonably priced. Will be my go to plumber moving forward.
