I needed a new furnace as my old one had been red-tagged. Shawn from City took my call and was very responsive. He was also knowledgeable and very polite. We soon agreed on his quotation and the furnace was installed quickly and expertly.
I have subsequently recommended Shawn and City to friends who also required a furnace as my experience with City was exceptionally good and, probably, one of the best sales experiences I have ever had.
