City Home Comfort

I had woken up in the middle of the night from my son saying he was cold, when I looked at the temperature it was 10 degrees in my house I got on the phone and called City home comfort, within the hour A gentleman named Chris arrived. He fixed the issue and recommended getting a new furnace he showed me all the reasons why he made this recommendation, I was impressed with his knowledge and kindness.
A couple months later a different problem happened with the heat and I felt the need to try a different company so I did. I wasn’t impressed with them and they tried to replace a part that was just replaced by Chris at City Home Comfort. There was something off about this other company and their prices were super expensive also telling me they don’t know when they will be back to do the job yet wanted me to pay for parts they didn’t even have yet...
I realized I made a mistake, so I decided to call back City Home Comfort and follow up with Chris, he spoke to me on the phone for a good while and explained different options and how it made no sense putting money into an old furnace to possibly only get a year out of it, so I went for a new one and I’m happy that I did, they were fast and did a great job!!! I’d highly recommend to everyone!!
