I'm a property manager. John from Sarman Air performed maintenance checks on heating systems at three residential properties. He is exceptionally knowledgeable, thorough and personable. John took the time to explain potential problems based on the age of the furnace and boiler and safety measures to ensure optimal performance for as long as possible.
