After purchasing a home with a 20yr old water heater, we decided to replace it before it died on us expectedly. I was referred to Justin from a trusted friend and he and Krystle were extremely responsive to all of my inquiries.

We pulled the trigger on a hot water on demand system (Noritz) and Justin showed up on time, was very respectful and answered any questions I had. Installation took longer than expected but that was no fault of Justins as my foundation was poured in the late 60's and had lots of stones and aggregate inside it which caused Justin's hammer drill to work overtime.

I will be using Lendrix again when we replace our furnace as they are nothing but respectful, informative and helpful.
