Stairs, tiling, sound proofing, pot lights, dry walling & other odd jobs

I have a very old home, and needed a set of stairs removed and rebuilt. He was able to do all his measuring etc before the job started and have the stairs pre-constructed off site so that the removal/installation could happen in one day - greatly reducing the impact of renovations, and making it so that I could still live at home.
Keino was very knowledgeable, had extremely fair pricing, and paid very close attention to detail (I’m fairly picky). He was very communicative (email, phone and in person) and stuck to the timelines he provided me. There were no ‘hidden costs’. He also was flexible and made some additional last minute adjustments/additions to my plans.
He was a ‘one stop shop’! Any additions I made that required other trades to be involved (ex. Tiling, Electrician, etc), he had readily available and over saw the finished product.
