What a nightmare! One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with in my life.
These people are so rude and aggressive and I warn you all to avoid dealing with them.
Their tone and way of speaking is completely different before and after the payment.
I hired Thermond Engineering to do the HVAC design for my semi-detached house. First, before I make the contract with them and pay them upfront Ali (the founder) invited me to his office to explain him my needs.
I prepared my own version of drawing and exactly explained him and another designer (Farid) which areas I want to avoid the ducting in the drawing. They told me it is okay and they will design it considering my comments and if I was not satisfied with their design we can always go back and forth to make it right.
I thought they are reasonable and signed the contract and paid them the whole amount.
Couple of days later they sent me a design that had completely ignored my needs. They ran the ducts wherever they liked and they used all the spots that I had told them not to use. When my wife tried to talk to them to ask them to modify it, they were very rude with her.
Then I tried calling them and again Farid (one of the design engineers) was very rude and aggressive and was not open at all to help. I then talked to Ali and he barely accepted to give me 5 minutes to discuss what I wanted in his office. After I met with him in his office he suggested some changes in the drawing to meet what I had requested from the beginning. I followed up couple of days later regarding the updated drawing. He ignored me for a while and did not bother to update our drawing to what we had agreed upon and keep saying that I am very busy and don't have time for you at all. He delayed updating our drawing for 2 weeks although I asked him in many different ways to expedite it since it would delay all the remaining works of the plumbing and electrical. He was so indifferent
and ignorant and he basically hung up on me while I was trying to ask him when he thinks he can get the drawing ready on the phone.
Worse than that, couple of days later I texted him to follow up on the updated drawing and he texted me back that why did you call me and caused my video recording to crash!!!! (I actually never called him, in fact I didn't want to hear his voice ever) and he told me not to text and contact him in any way at all!!!
That was so ridiculous and unprofessional. He had delayed my drawing for couple of weeks while he was fully paid and was asking me not to contact him anymore.
I am really sorry that I chose them for my work and wasted my time and money with them. They don't put any value to their customers.
