We renovated a 750 sq feet space in part 1 of our project, and were extremely happy with their work quality, technical expertise and professionalism. The renovation included full framing up to the exterior walls, full drywall installation, mudding, taping, two full new washrooms, a new kitchen (including backslash), and painting of all walls.
It’s a family run business, with Chris and Rohan spearheading conversations on the vision of the project, and costs, while Bruno was our project manager. All were honest, good, hard working people, with great vision.
Chris is very creative, and has a knack for finding solutions even when it doesn’t seem possible. Both Rohan and him have great technical knowledge and passion for their work. Rohan is the reason we first signed up, as he just seems like the right person with decades of construction background, and a very honest and upfront demeanor. Both of them and their team has more than lived up to our high standards. Where we could save money, they let us know. Where further investment would materially improve/enhance our project, they have been honest in advising us so. Bruno, our project manager, was hardworking, a strong communicator and very professional.
All three of them truly guided us with our best interest at heart, and were very patient and dynamic in handling our various requests. They managed the project within budget and have exceeded our expectations. So much so, that we re-hired them in a part 2 bigger project. We are optimistic that part 2 will also be a resounding success.
