Wrench it Up Plumbing S/B called "Wreck it Up Plumbing"
Would not recommend using Wrench It Up. They should be called "Wreck It Up. This plumbing company talks a good talk but can't do the walk. The plumber Matt came and gave us an estimate and assured us that all our plumbing concerns would be fulfilled, but how wrong was he. He wouldn't install a new kitchen sink unless I got someone else to take out the old sink. That should have been my first clue of Matt's incompetence, and so instead, he installed the tap that we provided on the old sink improperly because he did not use all the tap plate that came with the tap in order to brace it properly. I had two out of three toilets working properly and after Matt dealt with the three toilets he couldn't repair the two and the company had to send another plumber to repair his mistakes, yet two of the three toilets are now not working properly. Matt then tried to install a new laundry room tap that we provided for the laundry tub and managed to break the laundry tub drain pipe. He then went and bought a laundry tub without measuring the old one and found that it was way too small, so he took it back and put the responsibility of finding and purchasing a new tub on us. Who does that, and why did it become our responsibility? My wife and I spent over five hours looking and purchased a new laundry tub. The second plumber stated that the new tub we purchased could be installed properly into the laundry tub cabinet and gave his blessing. Matt then installed the new laundry tub improperly because it couldn't be braced to anything and was rendered useless. Matt then informs me that this tub was not meant to be installed into a cabinet, so then the question is, why did he even install it into the cabinet. l don't know why my wife paid him, yet she wrote a negative constructive review in Google and John the customer service person paid her a small fee to retract the negative review and promised her that they would right all their wrongs, which they didn't. Imagine that, a company paying you to hide their negative reviews. The final straw was when Matt wouldn't do anymore and walked away being arrogant. John put me in touch with the owner who was very arrogant, rude, belligerent, was plain nasty swearing and hung up the phone on me. This company also did not refund the estimated fee nor give the 10% seniors discount fee which they said they would if we accepted their estimate, nor the cost of the new laundry tub we purchased. We now have no tub to do our laundry and are worse off with our plumbing matters than we were before we called Wrench It Up, and this is the reason for this second negative review. We are now going to take this matter to litigation because we have no other choice. I give Wrench It Up a 0 rating, however, I had to show a 1 star in order to submit this review.
