We couldnt be happier with the experience we had working with Shane and his team at Townsend Construction. From the very beginning, Shane was responsive, friendly, and highly knowledgeable, and his professionalism remained consistent throughout the entire process. Although our project was small, it was unique, and Shane was able to work with the city to ensure everything was done exactly as needed (a process that weve learned, demands significant patience and time). His team, including Austin and Enzo, kept us well-informed at every stage and always followed through on their commitments. They were respectful of the space and were friendly and approachable throughout the whole process. Were so pleased with the outcome and would recommend Townsend Construction for any project!

Shane and his team have been very professional, respectful, honest, responsible, and very dedicated to our project, from the request for permits from the city, the execution of the relevant work for legalization, the final inspection from the city with the respective occupancy permit. We left everything in Shane's hands and had peace of mind. We loved the finish of our Suite: the lighting, the paint color, the flooring, the locks. Shane is a person who allows for excellent communication, and he accurately indicated the modifications to the Basement in accordance with the City's requirements. We 100% recommend Shane Towns and his team.

Absolutely phenomenal work done by a phenomenal company. They were extremely trustworthy and all around. Amazing to work with. My husband and I both work in real estate and I can tell you the finishing work is outstanding! We have recommended them to clients and friends alike and will continue to do so in the future!!!! Had my unfinished basement fully finished (insulated walls, dry wall, flooring, utility sink, lights, two doors, mouldings, paint, etc) and my upstairs wall painted. I'm happy with the quality of work done, though it went a few weeks over because of some issues with electricians that were hired and changed. In the end, everything was sorted out and I was happy with the transparency on Shane's part. Also went a few grand over the initial quote, but that's because there was an issue with my basement foundation/levelling of the floor, which they sorted out at cost.

All in all, great work! Only wish the guys didn't use my bathroom so much haha!

We worked with Towns Construction to update our deck which was not up to code and had deteriorated over the years. Shane was very patient during all discussions related to the options we could consider. He is very knowledgeable and we had the confidence of engaging the team. He also was responsive to our follow up inquiries and minor updates to the finished product.
The project was completed on time on budget and the deck looks beautiful as well as well built. Thank you very much Shane and team!!!

Shane and Austin did an amazing job with our deck. They finished the job in under 2 weeks and we're very happy with the final product. We highly recommend.

Shane (Towns Construction) was great to work with and built a beautiful and very sturdy backyard fence for us! Shane was also able to fit us in and get the job down quickly because one of the panels on our old fence had fallen down. He came to meet with us in order to have an accurate sense of what was needed for the job and came in at almost $1,000 less than our other estimate. Shane and his employee, Austin, were right on time each morning and worked very hard and very long days to complete our project quickly. Highly recommend!

Im lucky to have found Towns Construction. My front veranda had a handyman expansion done in the past and was slumping. I wanted a professional who
knew what they were doing and would take on a fix. Shane was very easy to work with and gave great advice. I will be redoing my veranda at some point in the next 5 years or so, so I wanted a fix that was going to work well in the interim. Shane was very knowledgeable about options and willing to do a good for now solution that will probably last much longer than I need.

I am very happy with our new privacy deck, they did a great job and helped us get everything we wanted.

Towns Construction and crew did an amazing job on the finishing of our basement! The planning began with a meeting where he delivered a quote which as accurate in relation to the final cost. Shane provided updates as the project progressed and kept me involved in all decision making. Shane was flexible throughout the project and allowed for me to finalize decisions on finishes as the project came together.

The final result which included a bedroom, rec room, playroom for kids, washroom, and laundry room had exceeded all of our expectations. Shane's attention to detail ensured that the additional living space in our home would meet the demands of my growing family for years to come.

A year has passed since the completion of this project with Shane and I am glad that we chose Towns Construction to do this work. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone looking to have any work done!!
