I had a Trilennium lock on my front door that was no longer functioning properly. I dealt with this for years before finally finding a company willing to look at it. Tyler was fantastic! He was able to repair the door enough on his first visit so that it was usable. He had to order a whole new part though. He kept me informed of the order progress and even came on a Saturday to install the new part. The door works perfectly. Thanks Tyler.
