Panes Window Manufacturing

Long story short:

David came out within 12 hours of contacting panes to measure and configure the windows.

The whole process was seamless!

Windows open like butter, the mechanisms are very well built and designed.

Windows looks AMAZING.

This is my third window installer dealing and panes/DAVID are hands down the best thus far.

We replaced 9 windows, knowing only 7 of them would meet specs to be eligible for the GREENON rebate. David was the only person out of the four we had visit that said two of the windows would not be eligible for the rebate. He was honest and his prices were anywhere from 3k to 8k cheaper than the other quotes.
The installers did an amazing job. They noticed a small blemish in a screen and told me they would replace it...I didn't even notice it, but they were kind enough to bring it to my attention.
A couple of weeks after the install I noticed a few holes in the caulking around the trim. Not a huge deal, but I logged on to the website, mentioned it to David, and they came out to fix the caulking and bring me the replacement screen.
6 stars out of 5 if I could, so easy to deal with, fair, and got the rebate ball rolling quickly.
Oh and the windows are awesome...smooth rolling, look amazing, and the trim on the inside is a great looks as well.
I wish David ran a car dealership/mechanic shop :-)

Our windows were original to our home and desperately needed to be replaced. We got quotes from a few companies but nothing could compare to the price of Panes. I have selected Panes Window Manufacturing out of three candidates. All three companies fabricate high efficient windows using of which you will be qualified for government rebate. Due to their own fabrication and their own licensed installers which eliminates the need of “middle man” Panes is capable to maintain a price up to 40% lower than the others. Panes also submits rebait claim on customer behave. My 8 windows were fabricated within less then 4 weeks and installed within one day. Next day claim was submitted. Grate selection of windows, low price and exceptional services made my choice unambiguous.

I always shop around before I purchase anything. I got a number of quotes for the services I need and received the best one - by a mile - from Panes. The price was great and the service was outstanding!

I moved in to a new build by Aspen Ridge in May of 2017, and the windows were absolutely terrible! Instead of dealing with their non-existant customer service we decided to replace the windows in our house.

We priced out several jobs from several companies, and the salesman from Panes (David) was absolutely wonderful! We learnt that they actually manufacture the windows they sell, and because of this they gave us an unbeatable price.

The whole process was completely painless, David came to our home and pulled out a completely electronic configurator using his laptop (as if he was building a car!) He used it to give us a quote, so we knew that he wasn't trying to pull a fast one on us.

We had the windows installed in August, and they just contacted me to tell me that I was eligible for a free upgrade to these fancy new window screens they just released, we're so excited!
