Precise Tile & Contracting Inc.

We have a new build near Orangeville and chose Precise Tile & Contracting Inc. and we could not be happier. A great team of skilled individuals that are friendly and can quickly get the job done (even if it means finishing on a Saturday). The cost was comparable to master tilers in the area, if not under! I still am in awe every time I enter areas we had work done. I will choose them again in the future.

Fabian and his crew were very good. We had them pull up the old flooring and install new tile. The demo was very clean and fast. They sealed the area off with plastic and tried to minimize the dust and debris. The tile install was fantastic. We used a larger tile 24x48 and they installed it perfectly. My husband and I are extremely picky and had a few other tile setters quote the job but we could not be happier that we chose Fabian and his team. They are very reasonably priced and have a great attention to detail. We recommend him to anyone looking for this type of work at their house.

Working with Fabian was an absolute pleasure. The entire process leading up the job was very clear and efficient. Quotes were received as committed and clearly detailed the scope of work. The job included ~300 sqft of area spread across a kitchen, main foyer and powder room. The tiles installed were an 8x8 hexagon tile, 12x24 and 5x5 printed tile, along with 4 flush mount vents. The job included dry pack and his team completed the install in about 3 hours. They kept the area clean and ensured that all work areas were cleaned up afterwards. Tiling started a few days later and was completed in 3 days. Fabian’s attention to detail and customer service were absolutely amazing! I appreciated that Fabian arrived on time everyday, put in a full day of work and kept the work area clean and tidy each night. He went out of his way to help me come up with solutions for transitions from the new tiled areas to existing hardwood flooring, which I appreciated! The detail that his team took from the dry pack to the tile install was apparent when my kitchen cabinet installer told me that this was the best floor that he has installed cabinets onto, from front to back, the kitchen floor was out ~1/8”, so essentially completely level!!! Absolutely amazing indeed, considering the fact that I knew that there was a slope in the floor of the kitchen.

Needless to say, I would not hesitate recommending Precise Tile & Contracting for others! In fact, before he left, we already scoped out other areas where I need to get some
work done.

We had a more complicated pattern laid out (herringbone) in the front foyer and I'll be honest, there were some lippage and the tiles near the door was too high, so we now need to cut our door down so that it can open. We had the tiles custom cut by a third party referred by Fabian and unfortunately a lot came back chipped. The powder room, however, looked great. It was a simpler 12x24 tile lay. But I will say, Fabian's price was the most reasonable of the companies I contacted (and I contacted a lot), he was also readily available to answer questions. So although we wish the herringbone turned out a little more meticulous, overall we are still satisfied with the outcome. 

My husband and I are very happy about the tile work done by Fabian. We had our kitchen and hallway tiles replaced and we cannot be happier after seeing the results!

Fabian was responsible, professional and most importantly, he does amazing tile work! I would definitely have Fabian to do the tiles if I need any tiles work done again in the future.

If we could give Fabian a 20 for his skill and craftsmanship, we would! Fabian did our bathroom and fireplace in our basement in 2018, and we just had him back to tile our upstairs bathroom floor and shower. Fabian was highly recommended to us by an acquaintance, so we reached out to him, and he replied to us promptly. We wanted a quality job, and we were looking for a skilled tiler. Fabian did not disappoint! He came out to look at the space we needed tiled, and after consulting with us, Fabian emailed us a quote for the job and let us know when he could start and how long it would take to complete it. He was on time to start, and he completed the job when he said he would. We rely on his expertise and appreciate his professional and dedicated manner.
