We had a more complicated pattern laid out (herringbone) in the front foyer and I'll be honest, there were some lippage and the tiles near the door was too high, so we now need to cut our door down so that it can open. We had the tiles custom cut by a third party referred by Fabian and unfortunately a lot came back chipped. The powder room, however, looked great. It was a simpler 12x24 tile lay. But I will say, Fabian's price was the most reasonable of the companies I contacted (and I contacted a lot), he was also readily available to answer questions. So although we wish the herringbone turned out a little more meticulous, overall we are still satisfied with the outcome.
