I woke up to a cold house on Sunday morning to discover my furnace was not functioning. I called several places only to have automated answering systems, some pushing to sell products before being given the option for service. I came across Ravi's number and he picked up. We set up a time on same day (sunday) and a few hours later my house was nice and warm. Very satisfied with his response time and ability to locate the necessary parts on a Sunday

Ravi is an exemplary personality who provides exceptional customer service. My husband and I first made acquaintances with Ravi during a trip he made to the prairie provinces. We were in need of a humidifier as the air is extremely dry and harsh during the winters where we live. A friend introduced us to Ravi and mentioned his expertise in HVAC. We agreed to have him come by, and from the moment he stepped foot in the door his mannerism was professional, yet personable. He installed our HVAC while explaining the process in a detailed manner. He also took the time to carefully answer any questions we had. He gave excellent pointers for maintaining the unit so that we could gain maximum benefit. The cost was affordable considering most companies we had quoted where we live were on the mid to extortionate end of the spectrum and not really in our budget as we had recently purchased our home. Well, it has been 2.5 years since the install and we haven't come across any issues. Overall, we are very pleased with Ravi's keen attention to detail, professional demeanor, and wonderful personality. 10/10 recommend!

I am having an in-ground pool removed this fall and needed the gas lines into the equipment shed cut, the excess removed and remainder capped. Also needed the line capped at the metre. Harry arrived on time and the job was done quickly and efficiently.

From the start I was quoted the best price. Ravi walked me through what was possible, answered all my questions, and itemized the costs to install and maintain a similar tank, larger tank or a tankless system. We went with a larger tank. The delivery person took it to the basement, the installers took the old tank to the curb (a $120 value according to the previous rental company). Ravi was punctual, the installation was quick, and the area was clean afterwards. It's been over 1 month, no issues with the install, this family of 5 always have hot water. Would 100% recommend this company.

I needed a new AC unit and wanted to relocate it to the side of the house. Harry and Ravi were able to book a quick appointment and showed up when they said they would. They walked me through everything they were going to do and made sure everyone was in agreement. Work was completed quickly and with obvious attention to detail.
