H & R Heating & Air Conditioning Service

We came home from work in a freezing home. Turns out, our furnace was not blowing warm/hot air. With the expected temperature to get colder, especially overnight, we had to get it looked at last minute. After calling a handful of services who werent able to come during the evening, we called H&R Heating and Air Conditioning Services and met Ravi. Ravi was the most personable, knowledgeable service tech weve met. My Husband mentioned not only Ravi was service oriented, he took time to explain why we had the issue and what the solution/repair was. For a last minute service request needed, we felt like we experienced gold when Ravi serviced our furnace. Fair price & second to none service is what H&R Heating and Air Conditioning Services is all about. Highly recommended!

I called H&R to come take a look at my water heater since the hot water was behaving very weirdly. They came over and did a flush and got it working again. It was quick and efficient. I would highly recommend them!

I was having trouble with hot water being delivered consistently. So I called a few HVAC companies to inquire about water tank maintenance. They were all vague when I asked what the maintenance would entail and on pricing. I called H&R and they were very helpful over the phone, explaining to me how they'd service the water tank, how long it would take, and what the cost would be. Ravi came by later that day and did a phenomenal job getting the tank back up and running again, as well as explaining to me what he did so I could do it myself in the future. I couldn't ask for more.

My parents humidifier was not working so I called H&R and we scheduled a date, Ravi kept me informed when he was en route and showed up on time. Very friendly and knowledgeable. When he was installing the humidifier he noticed some issue with the furnace and brought it to our attention and helped resolve it. Will definitely be using their service again and recommending to my family and friends! Thanks for the great service!

I woke up to a cold house on Sunday morning to discover my furnace was not functioning. I called several places only to have automated answering systems, some pushing to sell products before being given the option for service. I came across Ravi's number and he picked up. We set up a time on same day (sunday) and a few hours later my house was nice and warm. Very satisfied with his response time and ability to locate the necessary parts on a Sunday

I hired Harry to replace a dead blower motor in my stand alone AC system. He sourced the part and replaced it the next day with no surprises. I would hire Harry again.

Ravi is an exemplary personality who provides exceptional customer service. My husband and I first made acquaintances with Ravi during a trip he made to the prairie provinces. We were in need of a humidifier as the air is extremely dry and harsh during the winters where we live. A friend introduced us to Ravi and mentioned his expertise in HVAC. We agreed to have him come by, and from the moment he stepped foot in the door his mannerism was professional, yet personable. He installed our HVAC while explaining the process in a detailed manner. He also took the time to carefully answer any questions we had. He gave excellent pointers for maintaining the unit so that we could gain maximum benefit. The cost was affordable considering most companies we had quoted where we live were on the mid to extortionate end of the spectrum and not really in our budget as we had recently purchased our home. Well, it has been 2.5 years since the install and we haven't come across any issues. Overall, we are very pleased with Ravi's keen attention to detail, professional demeanor, and wonderful personality. 10/10 recommend!

I am having an in-ground pool removed this fall and needed the gas lines into the equipment shed cut, the excess removed and remainder capped. Also needed the line capped at the metre. Harry arrived on time and the job was done quickly and efficiently.
