They did the site visit and provided a competitive price very soon after the request. They suggested an additional feature which I'm very glad I have now. The work was well done and they answered all questions I asked. They added a couple of boards in strategic places which really improved the privacy aspect, which was the main purpose to begin with. Cleanup was done well. Overall a great job.

I called Fence Master early morning and requested how to repair/replace circa 1980 preserved wood gate entrance, whose post attached to house wall swelled with the rain in recent years making it impossible to open and exit. Fence Master within a few hours came over, assessed, offered solutions. While the rain causing any outdoor company difficulty in doing a big time line job, it worked out for us, because ours was not a big job and they quickly fit us in the same day.
