The front basement wall / floor were moist on the inside and Yuri helped by waterproofing the wall, installing weeping tile and connecting it to the sump.
The new house sewer line was confirmed to be necessary by x-raying the existing line to confirm it was deteriorated and in need of replacement. The work was done by hand, quickly and all rubble was hand removed through the basement window, resulting in no mess in the upper ground floor.
The BFP was done as part of the city iniative
