We discovered a slow leak in our basement last month. We called Contractor Pass and Dave came the same day to assess the leak and was able to start in a couple days for us. He was very courteous, professional, and detailed. The job was supposed to be very messy but by the time I came home from work the basement was completely spotless. All damaged areas were removed , not even a piece of trash in sight! All of the furniture was covered and mold area was treated and quarantined. He also came back a couple times after just to double check. An exceptional job ! I was very impressed and thankful I found the company. I won’t hesitate for one second to recommend it to others .
