Bdr Property Maintenance

Sharif re-installed an existing gate for $550 but Bernie upsold this part way through the job to $700 for missing hardware. Turns out they didn't have the right brackets or hinges either. The gate is very wobbly, and crooked. Sharif promised to fix this. I even went out and bought the right hardware. After more than a dozen promises to come, I've given up. These are smooth talkers that produce poor quality work.

Very disappointed in the overall quality of a simple post and fence repair. Not all promised supplies delivered. Very disappointed with the quality of work and follow up. Owner is a nice guy,but, the work was not what was expected for what we paid for.

The removal of the old grass, levelling, application of new top soil and new sod was completed in one day. Bernie’s crew was wonderful. They were polite, efficient and worked really well together. We are very pleased with our new weed free lawn and our neighbours are envious!

Bernie was very professional and efficient despite hold ups because of weather. We are very pleased with the finished fences.

Removed old fence and supplied and installed new 56 foot fence. Job took 3 days.

BDR was extremely professional and very timely with this project. I was kept well informed of the deadlines and the job was completed in one day. The yard looks amazing - I love it! Would highly recommend BDR for any project.
