I hired Oak and Anchor on 3 separate projects on my rental properties.
1. was a bathroom rebuild. I striped everything down to the studs and subfloor. the crew came in and rebuilt the bathroom, way quicker and nicer then I could have done.
2. a unit had a leak coming in from a balcony. the team came in, found the leak, solved the problem and rebuilt in better condition then was better.
3. major kitchen Renos on 2 units. 1 unit was under a time crunch as I had tenants moving in. oak and anchor and I worked until 2AM and were back on site for 7am to complete the project.
Time and time again this company has gone above and beyond to complete projects in a professional and timely manner. Great pricing allows me the luxury to keep using them. they are able to adjust and pivot as my needs and visions change.
