We had a large wasp nest that resulted in a severe allergic reaction and we needed to get rid of it very quickly. We called Fazee and he was punctual, professional, friendly and very efficient. Additionally his service was priced much better than other sites we looked at. I highly recommend his service!!!

I called this company and I was very distraut because I had bed bugs. I wanted them to come that day because I had guests coming from out of town. This company accommodate me the next day. They moved there appointments around just for me!! That alone was amazing....

4 days ago I found a fire ant nest in my garden. Having requested (using an online form) a quote for the treatment of the nest, I received a phone call no more than 30 minutes after I had made the submission. An appointment was made for two days following. The morning of the appointment arrived and I received a call well in advance of the scheduled time; to ensure the best results of the treatment it was recommended that we delay until the following day due to weather concerns. I appreciated that they wanted to ensure the maximum effectiveness for the treatment and were willing to quickly reschedule with plenty of notice. Fazee came to my home the next day and inspected the yard in detail and asked me questions and listened to my observations. He treated my yard with care and respect, moving paving stones and replacing them as needed. Fazee was clear in his ability to communicate the process of the treatment and its effectiveness. We also discussed the limitations relating to the impact of maintenance of our neighbours' yards. He then went to work treating using a combination of products. Once done he asked me to come and observe the locations he had treated. He was courteous and very personable! In future I will contact Pest R Gone again should there be need. Thanks Fazee!
