Great service

Garage door

Reg of Aladin Garage Door has done a good job, during the inspection he explained the main safety issue with the cable that needs replacement which I totally agree due to un-threading and may snap anytime, this is totally different from the main issue which is the 20 yr old noisy motor opener. In short came back next day and and did the job replace the rollers, weather strip and the opener, He also done a safety walk after, clean the place, polite, will recommend.

Garage door installation

Our old garage door operator broke on Friday and Reg came over later that day to give us an estimate. On Monday he installed a new overhead door and operator and disposed of the old door. Prompt and courteous service!

Garage door spring replacement

Reg takes pride in his work. With over 14 years of experience he was able to see that my broken spring was not correctly installed for my door make and model. He took the time to call the manufacturer to verify the model and was correct in his observations. He ordered the correct spring and did what he could on the day and reorganized his jobs the next day to accommodate my work schedule. He went above and beyond my expectations. He really values his customers and it shows through his actions and work. Reg is my go to guy for myself, family and friends for future garage service needs. Thank you Reg!
