Reg takes pride in his work. With over 14 years of experience he was able to see that my broken spring was not correctly installed for my door make and model. He took the time to call the manufacturer to verify the model and was correct in his observations. He ordered the correct spring and did what he could on the day and reorganized his jobs the next day to accommodate my work schedule. He went above and beyond my expectations.
