I was doing DIY at the evening around 9pm and messed it up. I'm thankful Reginald was still able to pick up my call and scheduled me first thing the next morning for 9am appointment. He then showed up 8:15am (with 30 minutes in advance call to confirm - very professional).

Both my cables came loose after my DIY mistake. The bare minimum work was to rewire the cables over the drum. Reginald took the time to assess the situation and walked me through the safety procedure (over pricing) which I really appreciated. He then gave me options and I never felt I was pressured to the most expensive option.

I made my decision to have the spring replaced (15 years old - not snap yet but very rusted) with new cables and I felt the rate was reasonable (although not getting the exact quotes from other places but by checking homestar on other people similar jobs with others - I got myself a rate in a reasonable range).

The whole process was very polite, friendly and educational. I see Reginald as a friend over than just a person fixing garage door. I would definitely recommend Reginald for your garage door maintenance/new-project.

I’ve had an Aladdin Garage Door Technician out to work on my single car garage door recently, on two occasions. The first time was to replace broken cables. The second time to replace a weakening torsion spring, which Reg observed previously and noted that it would most likely cause me some more grief, and he was right. Reggie is an absolute angel! He was fast, extremely courteous, reliable and knowledgeable! He didn’t try and over sell things, and he was thoughtful of my families needs. He came right away when I needed him on two different occasions, one being on Father’s Day! If there were any way to give more than 5 stars, I would do so in a heartbeat! I am in medical health care. I am an essential worker and I have a full slate of patients booked to see me early on Tuesday. I returned home from reviewing my cases in my office only to have the garage door malfunction after arriving home, trapping my car inside the garage.
I could not get it open. Fortunately, I had used Alladin in the past and I called them right away.
They was GREAT. They came that same day, discovered the source of my troubles (a worn out, broken cable) and was able to repair it the same day, all for a reasonable fee.

Replaced the door spring. Price was reasonable as I had that done before with another company. They are quick to respond. Order the parts and got the work done. Reg was very helpful and great to deal with.
