4 month - No response, no repair!
Their website has BBB logo on it which is deceiving! They are NOT BBB Accredited business.
Called in a Service Request (Jun 9, 2021). Alex attended to the Work Order on Jun 11, 2021. Alex assessed the washing machine and said they need parts which will arrive in 4 weeks (1 month). Parts order approved on Jun 21, 2021.
6 weeks passed without an update.
4 MONTHS passed, no one called...
Sep 28 – Called vendor and left VM – no call back
Sep 29 - Called vendor, left VM – no call back
Sep 30 – Called vendor, left VM – no call back
Oct 4 – Called vendor, left VM – no call back
Oct 5 – Called vendor, final spoke with Alexandra, they don't know when the parts will come in, she offered to cancel order, I told her that its the easy way out but doesn't solve the problem. I asked to find out where the parts are and call us back with an update.
Oct 8 – Vendor didn’t call… Called vendor, Alexandra said she will call back at 5PM.
Oct 24- Vendor didn’t call to date.
This company also used our logo on their website WITHOUT our consent to gain credibility which they clearly do not deserve....
We are removing this company from our database and will issue a notice to remove our logo from their site or we will proceed with a legal action.
