Submitted a fridge leak repair request. Received a call within 3 minutes. Technician showed up that afternoon line needed to be flushed. Fixed apparently. Next morning water in the fridge called every number on website all of the numbers responded the same customer service is very important to us we will transfer to an agent. The phone rings twice and goes dead this is true for every phone number listed. It took 4 days for the technician to say he would come again but did not show up. Finally someone called me when i inquired what was going on with the phones emails etc the response to everything was I see
Technician came following day said the panel was warped said fixed. Next morning water in the fridge. Have tried phoning same issue with phone hanging up texting and emailing
no response. This is a horrible company absolutely no customer service technician who obviously cant fix anything and a bogus website for contacting them and company overall
Find someone else youll be much better off
