I paid them a deposit of $900 on 6/18 to fix a dishwasher and a microwave. It took them over a month to come back and fix the microwave and they didn't come back to fix the dishwasher until 8/23.
They were impossible to communicate with - the phone is rarely answered at the main number and when it is they are very rude and dismissive. I had the repair guy's direct number and called and texted him biweekly - he continually confirmed dates to come back and finish the job and then wouldn't show. I eventually had to threaten to call the police because it appeared to me that he and Appliance Repair Experts had disappeared with my money - he then came the next day.
The repair guy also scratched up my floors during the dishwasher repair.
