Appliance Repair Expert

Hoping that I can save others from having the same troublesome experience I had.

Technician came in June to repair our broken kitchen range hood. Was told they had a 3-month warranty. It broke again a couple days later and I have been calling them EVERY WEEK since then (minus 2 weeks that I was away on vacation) for them to come back. No one answers the phone, or the line "mysteriously" get disconnected when speaking to someone, or they say someone will call me back and they never do. I have also tried emailing and texting with no response. I basically paid over $250 for nothing! I bet they are waiting until Sept to say that the 3-month warranty period is over. DO NOT TRUST! Just pathetic!
