Like several other reviews, we called a technician to look at our broiler and our ice maker. We were told after a short glance at each that we needed to replace those components. We paid for the diagnostic appt and were told they would follow up with the price of the parts so we could decide whether we wanted to proceed with having them fixed. After several weeks - no response. Ive sent several emails to the manager who keeps blowing smoke and saying he will contact my technician but he doesnt. Do not use this company!!! I will be calling the media to do a news story on them.
