My biggest issue is customer service. Their motto is customer service is my priority but neither the technician nor the manager read the companys handbook. My technician was unprofessional, rude and belligerent. The technician became agitated when I asked questions. When I asked if the total he quoted me was everything. He said to me that here in Canada we pay taxes. Im a woman of colour born and raised here. He made me feel like other.
To add insult to injury, I called the manager twice and pretended not to be the manager and hung up on me.
Unfortunately, the dishwasher he came to repair is still not working. DO NOT HIRE ANYONE FROM THIS COMPANY!
