Dispatch was easy. Tech came within 2 days to diagnose. I was told that the $110 call out fee would be reimbursed if I decided to have them repair my range. Tech said he'd be back in 2 days with the necessary part. He called back on they day he was supposed to arrive and said the part was not available and that it would be another week. I asked him for the part number. He gave it to me and I found the part in stock within 2 hours. I called him back but he had no voicemail and then didn't respond to txts. I called dispatch and they tried calling him. No answer. This went on for days. This company had no ability to escalate and never offered to dispatch a different technician.
Finally after complete frustration, called another company which proceeded to fix it easily and promptly. Now they won't reverse the call out charge, even though they were not able to provide a technician.
This company is simply a dispatch that uses independent techs like Uber. There is no accountability whatsoever.
