HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.
My story is almost exactly like so many others on here unfortunately. We contacted Appliance Repair in April to repair our stove top. Service Technician came out, diagnosed problem and said would be in touch the next day with an eta on when would be back to repair. We (unfortunately) paid most of the quote in advance. I never heard from the technician again until multiple reach outs to the company and to him directly. He then missed scheduled appointments, twice, (with no communication) and when he finally showed up (after AGAIN having to call & text multiple times), he had the wrong part and we needed to reschedule. After 4 more weeks I asked for a refund, reached out the manager Andrew (who would never call to speak in person) who emailed that if the stove wasn't repaired by the end of the week they would refund. The technician showed up Friday, at 4 pm and 'fixed' the problem. Only to have the problem happening again an hour after he left. I immediately reached out to the technician and the manager (this was May 27th) with a video of the problem. Never heard from the manager but the technician said he would be back. It is now June 22nd, we have had 2 more missed appointments and the manager has yet to call even after having left multiple message and emails asking for help. The technician is saying that he will come back again but I am done - too many missed appointments and do not trust this company. I think a refund is a reasonable at this point so we can actually get the stove fixed - hoping the company will honor their commitment.
